~WARNING, EXTREMELY LONG COMMENT~
Here she is, One of the few people in Amelia's life that actually helped her and cared for her during her childhood.
Amelia's mother, Annabelle Jameson, but she prefers "Anne" over her full name.

She was once a hard-working and important Politician, who worked with the government that set up the truly hated "rule". Of course she was completely against the practice of the rule, but she was on the minority of the voting legislature that lost against the majority.

She is greatly respected and has friends (and some inside connections) who feels the same about the rule. But everytime she puts up a legislative vote, even with the majority senators, on overturning the rule, she was denied and the government ignored the idea at once.

Her life never started out as great, her family and parents were immigrants who left during a war in their home country, seeking safe haven and a new opportunity, she was born here though, and was greatly admired for her political ingenuity, but political ideals weren't that much into the public during her childhood education, making college applications for politics difficult, until she found a college, (the same one that Amelia would go to several years later).

She excelled at the school and recieved awards for being top leader in college council, however, things went downhill as her parents died in a car accident, she was heartbroken and almost quit her whole purpose for politics.

However, Anne (age 28) managed to get into one of her cities greatest law firms, and through some years, got to the place of senatoral aide, when she would meet a young senator, who would be her future husband.

But she did not see eye to eye with him, but when she learned more about him, they connected and got married.

Their few years together before the kids were ACTUALLY well and blossoming, until the rule came into the voting legislation, with many voting for the rule to be enacted, including her husband.

Anne was shocked when she learned about the rule and tried to vote against it, this lead to a dispute between Anne and her husband, but they stayed together because Anne was pregnant at the time, and they agreed to stay together for the babies (fraternal twins).

When the twins where born, they were, considered by the rule and the hospital, as the perfect kids. Anne, as a mother, was content about this.

As some time passes by Anne (now 30 yrs) and her husband's trust for each other grew little by little until they wanted a third child, Anne actually believed her husband was coming back to himself, but the husband's true reason was for public attention, hoping to get a third "perfect" son set by the rule.

But this birth would be different from the others, as this child would be of great interest in the future. However, once the baby was born, the baby was a girl, and was completely unique among babies born, She did not cry or whimper, but opened her eyes slightly and somewhat smiled. But the baby was considered a "deformized" child, because of her features. An incredibly darkened region around the eyes, eyes that would be considered enormous to newborns, and eyes that had no signs of pupils.

Although He father discreetly was disgusted with the newborn, Anne however saw the newborn entirely different, she saw her as a unique and wonderful child that would make her life. When the maternity aid asked for the name, Anne, although tired from the birth, thought long and gave a name, "Amelia".

I'll give more information on her, but you can learn a little about her more form here: [link]
