Ghost Division - present by WMDiscovery93 Ghost Division - present by WMDiscovery93
Continuation of the past:

After nearly being decimated in their latest mission, the soldiers of Ghost Division, led by John McClaine led a manhunt responsible for the disaster, their anger fueled by the discovery that one of their officers was a traitor, a mole sent by the very government they served to steal their technology and military secrets and to eradicate them from within. Ghost would hunt and deal with the traitor, and everything connected to them after nearly 2 years, effectively crushing government corruption that nearly destroyed the Division.

After dealing with the corruption, they were pardoned by the government and became an independent branch that broke from their original political use, effectively becoming the government's truly specialized military force. Because of their independent and secretive nature,  they were able to develop the most advanced weapons and technology available to them, including exoskeleton suits, advanced armor and vehicles, etc.. Their independence also served another purpose, in the case that their government collapsed, they could still operate effectively under their current commander, Major General Rook, who was one of the few original silent reapers left.

So that's their story, they'll play an even bigger role in Amelia's story later on. - Hope you like it!

The Ghost Division was one of the strongest tank divisions in Nazi Germany of WWII.

What bothers me a bit is the completely unprotected tail. I mean it's pretty a much a prolonged part of his spine, even pulling it could be harmful. I also think a canine based species would probably value their tails pretty highly and protect it if possible.^^

That said, I like the design, looks cool. The riffle looks a bit like the STG44

I love the design, I only wonder how having such a form fitted helmet to the muzzle interfears with them clearly speaking. It was a big problem of mine when i designed the ADT helmet (Well that and fitting several faces types).

The bottom part of the helmet is actually the upper part of the collar, and is made of a passive polyweaved fiber that tightens when not talking or loosen up when it detects vibrations from the vocal folds in the throat and minute changes in muscle movements in the face, it pressure-seals itself to the helmet automatically so there is no need for straps.  But when the need arises, the faceplate, brow armor, and lower mandibles retract outwards to enable removal.

Well.. sounds complicated but reasonable enough.

I just made the helmets on mine have enough room for the jaw to move.   XD

Totally called it~

That said, it looks like their exo-tech is still very much first to second gen. The suit is still more of an actual exo-skeleton than an actual full body suit, with direct cybernetics and such. Still, doesn't make them look any less formidable~

Well, they did have 40+ years to develop it, though they were really only in the ballistic vest technology level, until studies and designs came around within the last years of Amelia's torture, that's when mass augmentation became feasible, allowing augmentation of their already hyper-lethal operators.

Now to the real question. Are these the good or the bad guy, or do they fall into the grey area?

A bit in the grey area, since they don't have the full picture of what's going on yet.

Mhm, I see. Sound quite intriguing. Do they also have opposites in neighboring nations such as with the Delta Force and Speznaz?

There are other armies and special forces, but they are relatively lacking in technology advancement and training compared to Ghost Division.

Oh well, there goes my fancanon. I had an idea for a smilar but different group that would have fitted the political climate.
Anyway, I would love to see where this goes.

I should probably write you a PM then. We shouldn't clutter the comment section with brainstorming. ;)

From the sound of it, their role in Amelia's story looks quite heavy so far. :)

Very much so, their exoskeletons are actually derived from the surviving data of Amelia's torture.

I see. Interesting that even with a destroyed facility, some pieces of info and data managed to stay intact through the rubble.

Indeed, that also leads into an event in her story.
