Captain Cutter- UNAF

So here is one of the major characters that is involved in the 1st Neopian War, Captain James Woodrow Cutter of the UNAF Spirit of Hope.

Captain James Cutter started off his career as a First Lieutenant of the UNAF Dietrich (Cruiser) and served with Jameson Rhyes (Father of Miranda Rhyes), who was a younger 2nd lieutenant about 30 years before the main event. But when the UNAF Dietrich was under attack and the captain killed, the tactical creative ingenuity of Rhyes and Cutter's quick thinking and Astronomical knowledge manage to save the ship and the crew, and got them both promoted to captain.

Rhyes went on to continue his tour of naval combat, while Cutter was transferred to a naval academy where he took command of the UNAF Revelation (Destroyer), UNAF Glaison (Stealth/ops. frigate), and the UNAF Fredrickson (Destroyer) to teach new recruits and teach astronomicology for two years until he was called into action again.

When he got back he was offered the command of the crusier UNAF Solace, but he declined and instead decided to transfer to the UNAF Spirit of Hope, the ship that will help change the tide of the 1st neopian war.

Captain Cutter was a well-experienced officer who would come up with creative, off the head, tactics and would look after his crew and Neopia's safety even before his own, giving him great respect among the UNAF forces.

He had a habit of walking inside the Spirit of Hope's bridge at night to check up on the crew and the ship, usually drinking strong coffee, (as shown in the pic); and unlike most captains, he had his standard-issued pistol loaded and carried extra packs of clips ready.

He is strict when it comes to orders and rules, but is friendly enough to converse with, and will bend orders when needed.
