So here's a full picture of the now 35 year old Amelia in her Cyborg taur form, with several modifications added by her.

Hope you like it! ^^

If you ask me, the motorcycle concept might work. Modifying one of the real-world "superbike" brands, such as Ducati or Suzuki, would be appropriate. If Amelia's cyborg body is customizable, you could modify her front legs so that they can grip the handlebars. That way, her arms are free to defend against pursuers, but she is still able to drive.

As for a vehicle designed for much intensive combat, I was thinking the Tumbler from Batman Begins. Don't really have a specific reason for that choice, but I once visualized Amelia, before her transformation, in the place of Bruce Wayne, talking to Lucius Fox about supplies:

Amelia approaches Lucius Fox.
Fox: Well, what is it today? More spelunking?
Amelia: No, today is base jumping.
Fox: Base jumping? Is that like parachuting?
Amelia: Kind of. Do you have any lightweight fabrics?
Fox: You know, I got just the thing.
Fox opens a box and pulls out some cloth.
Fox: It's called memory cloth. Notice anything?
Amelia shrugs.
Fox puts on an electrified glove.
Fox: Regularly flexible, but put a current through it...molecules realign, becomes rigid.
Amelia: What kind of shapes can you make?
Fox: Can be tailored to fit any structure based on a rigid skeleton.
Amelia: Too expensive for the Army?
Fox: Well, I don't think they've tried to market it to the billionare spelunking, base-jumping crowd.
Amelia: Mr. Fox, if you're uncomfortable...
Fox: Miss Amelia, whatever you don't want me to know, when I'm asked, I don't have to lie. But don't think of me as an idiot.
Amelia: Fair enough. (Eyes the Tumbler in the corner) What's that?
Fox: Oh, the Tumbler? Oh, you wouldn't be interested in that.

Amelia and Fox are taking the Tumbler for a test drive.

Fox: She was built as a bridging vehicle. During combat, two of these would jump over a river, towing cables. And over here on the throttle, you flip that open, and throttle up, this'll boost you into a rampless jump.

Amelia absentmindedly fires the afterburner. The Tumbler starts racing toward the wall.

Fox: Not now! Not now, ma'am.

Fox turns off the afterburner and brings the Tumbler back under control.

Fox: Of course, we couldn't get the bridge to work, but this baby does just fine.

Amelia brings the Tumbler to a dramatic stop.

Fox: So what do you think?

Amelia smiles and says, "Does it come in black?"

Fox quickly shuts off the afterburner.
